Ripco Communications Inc. is a registered corporation in the state of Illinois, providing commercial and personal internet access services.
All business-level accounts are charged on a quarterly (three month) basis, the first quarter's payment is due with the account request. You will receive an e-mail notice two weeks before the account expires. All accounts can be prepaid up to one year in advance.
Web Page design is not included in the account rate, however we will provide design services by the page or for an entire site, at competitive rates.

RCI reserves the right to adjust our rates in the future, and to
refuse or terminate service at its own discretion, including for violation
of our or our upstream's acceptable use policy.
Refunds on account cancellation will be for the remaining service term from
when your cancellation request is verified (by phone, M-F).
Shell accounts are for the sole use of the business paying for the
account, with only one connection (login) per account allowed at any one time.
There are NO restrictions on the content or resale of the Web page
space aside from those imposed by law, and by the
Acceptable use policy.
RCI reserves the right to limit or otherwise filter email and other connectivity
to or from any address adversely affecting server security and reliability.

Subscribers may choose to use either 'ksh' (Korn shell) or the 'tcsh' (C shell) as the initial command line interface.
