Ripco Internet - Spam Policy

Ripco is committed to the spirit of the Internet, we were "on the net" long before all the hype, and we'll be here long after the hype is forgotten. To help integrate new users into community, we:

  1. Enforce a strict Acceptable Use Policy.
  2. Mail each new user a copy of the Netiquette document.
  3. Provide a copy of EFF's thorough NetGuide for online viewing or download, for public access.
  4. Do not tolerate spamming of or by our users.
  5. Provide users with the choice of using our ready-made spam filters.

    How to file a complaint

    To report problems with a specific user, send mail to abuse@ripco.com. Please include ALL headers from the original message, and send the message from a legitimate non-anonymous account with valid reply addresses. We cannot process any complaint without complete headers, and we will not process any anonymous or forged complaints.

    No refunds will be issued for any account terminated due to the sending of Unsolicited Bulk Email.
